It provides water breathing, increases underwater jump height by ~53%, removes the speed hindering that water provides, instead, providing speed underwater; Gives a buff to many stats when underwater, allows you to fish underwater without having the Cookiefied buff, permanent Sonar buff, emits light when underwater, provides extra mobility on ice, and extra fishing power, decreased chance of bait consumption, and fishing line will never break.
