The Crest of Armored Bones is a Hardmode weapon that summons a Armored Bone Squire to fight for the player. It can be obtained from Blue Armored Bones with a 3% drop rate from the Dungeon after Plantera has been defeated. The summoned ancient bone squire will fly a maximum of 12 blocks away from the player to attack towards the cursor while its item is in use. While the squire is attacking, small projectiles resembling a Dungeon Spirit will fly from its flail towards the cursor, dealing the full damage of the weapon. Like other squires, the summoned Armored Bone Squire is invincible and follows the player for an unlimited amount of time, unless the player dies, summons a replacement squire, or cancels the buff.

Its best modifier is Mythical for the widest array of set bonuses, or Ruthless for the highest damage output.
