Using the Eclipse Herald to attack an enemy
The Eclipse Herald Staff is a post-Lunatic Cultist Hardmode weapon that summons an Eclipse Herald to fight for the player. The summoned eclipse herald will always trail immediately behind the player, shooting miniature eclipses at enemies that come within range. Summoning additional copies of this minion will increase the size and damage of its eclipses. This minion does not require line of sight to attack an enemy, and the projectiles that it fires can travel through walls. Like other minions, the summoned eclipse herald is invincible and follows the player for an unlimited amount of time, unless the player dies, summons a replacement minion, or cancels the buff.
Its best modifier is Mythical for the widest array of set bonuses, or Ruthless for the highest damage output.
