The Artifact of Guilt is a post-Moon LordExpert Mode-exclusive accessory that is obtained from Anubis, Forsaken Judge'sTreasure Bag. Taking damage will fill the charge value, the amount of charge gained is equal to the damage the player took. At a charge of 250, the accessory summons an Eye of the Forsaken and resets the charge, the eye lasts for 15 seconds. While the eye is active, movement speed and damage is boosted drastically.
