Champion Armor is a craftable armor set crafted from Hopping Hoodlum armor and Champion Plates. To craft it, you need a full set of Hopping Hoodlum armor and 30 Champion Plates. To get all pieces, you need a full set of Hopping Hoodlum armor along with 3 more helmets, and 60 Champion Plates.
It consists of Champion Chestplate, Champion' Greaves, and Champion Greathelm/Champion Mask/Champion Hood/Champion Headress.
The Champion Chestplate grants 55 defense and 15% increased damage; the Champion' Greaves grants 30 defense, 50% increased movement speed and 15% increased damage. The Champion Greathelm grants 39 defense, 35% increased melee damage and critical strike chance, 10% increased non-melee damage and 18% increased melee speed; the Champion Mask grants 34 defense, 55% increased ranged damage, 44% increased critical strike chance, 10% increased non-ranged damage and 25% reduced ammo consumption; the Champion Hood grants 30 defense, 32% increased magic damage, 25% increased magic critical strike chance, 25% reduced mana usage, 10% increased non-magic damage and increases maximum mana by 150; the Champion Headress grants 27 defense, 70% increased minion damage, 10% increased non-minion damage, increases maximum amount of minions by 7 and sentries by 2.
A full set provides 124 with Greathelm, 119 with Mask, 115 with Hood and 112 with Headress equipped, increases damage by 30% and movement speed by 50% + the stats granted by each helmet. The set bonus grants unique abilities depending on the helmet worn:
When worn with Greathelm; Pressing the armor ability key grants the Defender's Rage buff, which grants increased defense as health gets lower. The buff lasts longer the less health you have. During the cooldown, you have slightly reduced defense but increased speed; and the cooldown lasts longer the less health you have.
When worn with Mask; Pressing the armor ability key allows you to summon a R.A.B.I.T Drone that lasts for 8 seconds that shoots fireballs to enemies quickly. There is a 15 second cooldown before summoning another one again.
When worn with Hood; Your magic attacks have a chance to spawn energy carrots when enemies are struck, similar to Nebula armor's nebula boosters. Picking the carrot up grants Champion's Boost buff for 7 seconds, which grants increased mana regen, life regen and magic damage that stacks up to 3 times.
When worn with Headress; It summons a Baron Bunny to fight for you. This minion attacks by throwing spears and shooting carrots. It becomes stronger as you lose health, and when you lose a certain amount of health, it enters a rage mode which increases its damage and attack speed.
