Mire Pods are Pre-Hardmode crafting materials dropped by various enemies in The Mire. It is a counterpart to the Corruption's Rotten Chunk and the Crimson's Vertebrae. Its primary uses are to craft the Hydra Chow and Sludge Shot as well as Rage Potions, Battle Potions and Water Walking Potions. 5 can also be given to the Lovecraftian which Darkwater Flasks in her shop.
