The Old One Charm is a Pre-Hardmode accessory that is bought from the Goblin Slayer for 5 Defender Medals. It increases minion damage by 12% and grants +1 max sentry. During the Old One's Army event, this accessory grants an additional 10% increase to minion damage for a total of 22%. When pressing the ability key, the time inbetween waves in the Old One's Army will be skipped. It can be further upgraded into Cursed Eye of the Soul Binder.
