The Toad Tongue is a Pre-Hardmode flail-type weapon dropped from the Truffle Toad at a 1/3 chance. It can pierce through an unlimited amount of enemies while on its way away and back to the player. The Toad Tongue can pull enemies towards the player when it retracts.
Its best modifier is Godly.
