MonarchWake (Ancients Awakened) — Mushroom Monarch slowly awakening when provoked.

The Very Large Mushroom is the passive variant of the Mushroom Monarch that can be randomly found rarely in the Surface at any time. It is found sleeping, buried in the grasslands. When provoked, it slowly opens its eyes and its boss form is awakened.

It is one of the few entities that can be detected by the Lifeform Analyzer.

The Feudal Fungus also has a similar fashion of being passive as a Very Large Glowing Mushroom, which can be found randomly in Glowing Mushroom biomes.
