Celestial Skies expands on the number of bosses that can be challenged throughout the game, each featuring unique AI and drops. They require the use of boss summoning items in order to spawn. The mod currently adds 4 new boss encounters. 1 Pre-Hardmode, 1 Hardmode, and 2 Post-Moon Lord.

Pre-Hardmode

The Observer

Observer (Celestial Skies)

Observer Trophy (Celestial Skies) Celestial Eye (Celestial Skies)

The Observer is a star-themed boss with 6,000 (7,200) health. It is summoned using the Celestial Eye. It serves as the first boss in the mod.

The Observer drops Comet Fragments, which are used in conjunction with Comet Bars to craft comet items.

Hardmode

Starcore

Starcore is a star-themed boss with 12,000 (24,000)health. It is summoned using the Transmitter. It serves as the second boss in the mod.

Starcore drops Stelarite, which are used in conjunction with Cosmic Stars to craft star items.

Post-Moon Lord

Observer Void

Observer Void (Celestial Skies)

Observer Void Trophy (Celestial Skies) Void Eye (Celestial Skies)

Observer Void is a semi-rematch with the Observer with 100,000 (139,999) health. It is summoned using the Void Eye.

Observer Void drops Void Fragments, which are used in conjunction with comet items to craft void items.

Heartcore

Heartcore (Celestial Skies)

Heartcore Trophy (Celestial Skies) Passion Rune (Celestial Skies)

Heartcore is a boss with 150,000 (300,000) total health. It is summoned using the Passion Rune. It is currently the temporary true final boss of the mod.

Heartcore drops Heart Souls, which are used to craft solar items.
