The Hand Cream is a Clicker accessory that can be purchased from the Mechanic for 5. It grants the ability to give all clickers auto-use, at the cost of decreasing their base use time from 1 to 12. This effect can be toggled with the Clicker Accessory key (defaulted to the G key).
