Precursor armor is a craftable Hardmode, post-Plantera Clicker armor set crafted from Solar Tablet Fragments. It takes a total of 45 Solar Tablet Fragments to craft a full suit.

It consists of a Precursor Helmet, Precursor Breastplate, and Precursor Greaves.

The Precursor Helmet gives 12 defense and 10% increased click damage; the Precursor Breastplate gives 22 defense and 15% increased click damage, but 50% reduced clicker radius; and the Precursor Greaves gives 14 defense and 15% increased movement speed.

A full set provides a total of 34 defense, 25% increased click damage, 50% reduced base clicker radius, and 15% increased movement speed. Its set bonus causes the player's cursor to leave an afterimage every 0.167 seconds while the player is in active combat. Afterimages deal 20% of the held clicker's base damage.
