The Grove is a pre-Hardmode boss that can be summoned at the Sylvan Shrine. She can be summoned fairly early in the game and can provide the player with powerful early game equipment.
Spawn[ | ]
The Grove does not spawn on her own, and must be summoned at the Sylvan Shrine using the Sylvan Totem.
Behavior[ | ]
The Grove will sweep back and forth towards the player several times. She occasionally stops to hurl of fan of razor leaves towards the player or launch a volley of magical acorns that spawn damaging vines when striking a tile.
When below 50% health, The Grove's movements become faster, and she launches her attacks in rapid succession.
In expert mode she will spawn Forest Kin to aid her, her razor leaves cause the poisoned debuff, and her vines will root players in place.
