The Topaz Scepter is a Pre-Hardmode conjuration weapon that conjures a Topaz Eye to fight for the player. The Topaz Eye continuously produces projectiles up to a maximum of three. The player can manually fire these projectiles with left click, or move the Eye with right click.
Its best modifier is Mythical. Unlike most summon weapons, conjurations benefit from speed and mana cost reductions, making the Ruthless modifier arguably inferior.
