Entropy's Edge/Version history

Entropy's Edge 1.0.0.0 was the initial release of the mod, serving to fix the first batch of many problems with vanilla, expand upon the subclass of yo-yos, and add a sizable amount of content to the Hallow, complete with a new boss.

DISCLAIMER: Due to the sheer size of release and how much was changed about vanilla in particular, there is a lot to list here --- as such, it should be stressed that this page is a WORK IN PROGRESS. This disclaimer will be removed once all changes are listed.

Flower of Fire.pngFlower of Fire

  • Now obtained at a 1.25% (1/80) chance when harvesting blooming Fireblossom. Can still be found in Shadow Chests, but is intended as being at the same tier as most Hellstone equipment.

  • No longer displayed when being used.
  • Now utilizes a new use sound which solidifies its status as a Fire Flower reference.
  • Damage decreased from 48 to 34.

  • Extra projectile updates per tick increased from 0 to 1 for fireballs.

Imp Staff.pngImp Staff

  • Now dropped at a 1.67%/2% chance by Fire Imp.pngFire Imps rather than being crafted.

  • Imps now fire much more frequently and reliably.

  • Now has a 1/9 chance when firing leaves to also fire stingers at nearby enemies after Queen Bee is defeated. Stingers deal 100% of the yo-yo's damage and are only fired if enemies are near.

  • Damage increased from 90 to 160.
  • Knockback decreased from 4.3 to 1.5.
  • Range decreased from 21.25 tiles to 21 tiles.
  • Now creates a Cthulhunado, sans the sharks, whenever it strikes an enemy. This has a 2 second cooldown. The tornado can strike once every 3 ticks and deals 10% of the main throw's damage each time it strikes.
