The Gluttony Scepter is a Hardmode summon weapon that drops from the Wall of Flesh. When used, it summons a pair of minions that collectively consume one minion slot: a Leech and a Hungry. Hungries dash at enemies while Leeches behave more similarly to the minion from the Stardust Dragon Staff. Cancelling the buff will retract all available Hungries and Leeches to the player, healing the player proportionate to the amount of damage dealt with each minion.

Its best modifier is Ruthless, due to Mythical only really benefiting the initial summon rather than the resulting minion.
