Psychic Eyes are common power-ups which can be dropped by any enemy with a chance of 20%, as long as the player is below maximum psychosis. They are not inventory items, but are instead instantly consumed and restore 5 psychosis. Enemies will only drop Psychic Eyes if the closest player is not at maximum psychosis.
They can be collected within range of 2 blocks, plus about 1 block range for every base max psychosis over 10.
