The Amber Layer is a trap sentry weapon and the strongest gem layer prior to Hardmode. Like other gem layers, placing at least two gem layers of the same type close enough will create a laser between the previous and currently placed one. This weapon lacks knockback and therefore cannot receive modifiers that affect knockback.
Its best Modifier is Demonic.
