Duratanium Ore is an Ore which can spawn upon breaking the first Evil Altar in Hardmode in place of Cobalt or Palladium Ore. More will spawn on the 4th, 7th, 10th, etc destroyed Evil Altars, albeit in decreasing amounts.

A Molten Pickaxe or better is required to mine Duratanium. Duratanium Ore, as well as Duratanium Bars, can also be obtained by opening crates.
