The Titan Shield is a Superhardmode accessory. While equipped and below 33% health, it grants 15 defense, boosted life regeneration and 15% increased damage. While the wearer is above 25% health, it absorbs 25% of any damage inflicted on all nearby players on the same team.

The Titan Shield also provides immunity to knockback and an additional 12 defense.
