Type Debuff
Effects High damage over time, life regen, lifesteal, and dodging disabled, -40 defense, -20% damage reduction, -10% damage, -20% max health, Mutant Presence effect, increased Healing Potion cooldown.

Mutant Fang is a debuff exclusively inflicted by the Mutant in Eternity Mode. It grants the effects of many vanilla and Eternity Mode debuffs, even if the player has immunity to them. These debuffs are Poisoned, Venom, Ichor, Cursed Inferno, Electrified, Curse of the Moon, Infested, Rotting, Mutant Nibble, and Mutant Presence. It also disables lifesteal, supersonic speed, and dodges (such as ones from the Black Belt).

The player can become immune to Mutant Fang by equipping the Mutant Eye.
