Convective Wanderers are a Hardmode enemy that appear in The Underworld's large lava lake where Mantellar Ore appears after Golem has been defeated. Unlike most worm-type enemies, rather than charging the player directly, they will attempt to encircle them, pulling the circle tighter as their health is lowered. Convective Wanderers inflict Incinerating on hit, briefly but rapidly sapping players' life. They can spawn with a variable amount of segments, their maximum life depending on how many they have.
