Rally Banner
Rally Banners are craftable items that increase the stats of players that are in the same team as the holder. The colors of the banners are for visual purposes and can be used for any team (e.g. red banner can be used whilst in yellow team). The Rallied buff grants the following effects:
- +1 life regen
- Increased mana regen and halves regeneration delay
- +15% increased damage
- +10% melee speed
- +2% critical strike chance
- +50% minion knockback
- +15% mining speed
- +10% movement speed
