Item ModifierItem Modifier was a mod created by KryptonIon.
It offered tools to provide ease in editing the various properties of an item, whether it'd be for building, testing, or something else.

These buttons are located at the bottom-left of the screen.

Item Modifier Window
This window allowed the player to modify the properties of the selected item(in the hotbar).
Buttons[ | ]

button closed the window.

button toggled Live Sync. If Live Sync is on, all the properties will be constantly updated to reflect the selected item. Live Sync is on by default.

button cleared all modifications to the selected item.

This window allows the player to generate a new item.
UI Elements & Buttons[ | ]
The button closes the window.
The 
item display displays the item that will be generated.
The 
textbox is for selecting an item via name.
The 
textbox is for selecting an item via id.
The 
textbox specifies the stack of the item.
The button generates a new item.
The 
checkbox determines if the new item will have modified properties from the Item Modifier Window.
