- Energy Whorl
The Mind Twister is a Hardmode magic weapon found in unlocked Fractal Chests in the Fractal Dimension. On use, it begins to generate energy whorl projectiles that orbit the player, staying centered on them as they slowly spiral outwards. It will continue generating whorls indefinitely for as long as the button is held and mana is available for it to use, but the whorls have a maximum duration and will disappear after about 7 seconds, providing an upper limit to its range. Once the button is released or if the player is hit while channeling it, all of the whorls will disappear at once.
Its best modifier is Godly or Demonic, which both increase average damage output equally. It cannot receive modifiers affecting mana cost, and speed does not affect the weapon's performance due to the unique method it spawns projectiles.
