The Seven Star Sword is a Hardmode Magic Weapon. It shoots five parallel rays of light that instantly propagate, up to a distance of 75 blocks. Unlike most other piercing attacks, the rays can damage enemies up to 10 times per second (instead of the usual 6 times).
The weapon's alternate fire instead shoots light rays in all directions. It has a cooldown of 5 seconds and a base mana cost of 50.
