The Wooden Warhammer is a craftable Pre-Hardmode warhammer. The most basic type of warhammer, it has no special properties and serves to introduce the concept. Like all warhammers, it is swung over the player's head and reduces the defense of hit enemies, but only the hammer's head deals damage so some precision is required to use it effectively.

Its best modifier is Legendary.
