Honey Hive Backpack is the Hardmode accessory. While equipped, it gives Honeymaking buff, which adds 1 point to the stored honey number every second, until it hits 100. When you right-click buff`s icon, each point restores 1 health, then number becomes zero. When you die, you lose all stored honey.
