The Cleansed Crystal Mirror is a Hardmode accessory. A player wearing it will be surrounded by five rotating mirrors. Hostile projectiles colliding with a mirror are split up into two friendly projectiles: one travels towards the mirror's owner and restores HP upon arrival, while the other homes in on any nearby enemies. Both the heal amount and the damage dealt to enemies depend on the damage of the projectile that was destroyed.

The Cleansed Crystal Mirror can be purchased from the Curio Trader after defeating two of the following three bosses: Moon Lord, Utsuho Reiuji, Tenshi Hinanawi.
