The Luna Dial is a Hardmode item that has a 33% chance to drop from Sakuya Izayoi. On use it creates a bubble of stopped time around the player, with a radius of 50 blocks. Enemies and Town NPCs within this area are stopped instantly; projectiles move forwards for a few more instants before coming to a stop.

The Luna Dial's effect represents Sakuya Izayoi's power to stop time. Its name refers to one of her themes, Lunar Clock ~ Luna Dial.
