The Nameless Doll accompanies Medicine Melancholy during all stages of her boss fight. It cannot be damaged, but will be instantly destroyed when Medicine is defeated. It only becomes active during the third stage of Medicine's fight, where it will start chasing a player while emitting toxic clouds.
