Cosmic Worm is a post-Moon Lord servant enemy that spawns during the fight with the Cosmic Duo. It is nearly invincible, unable to be hurt by any weapon or immobilised with any debuff. It is a really large worm, spanning 70 segments in length. The only way to kill the Cosmic Worm is to kill 50 of its probes, which only spawn after the body segments of the Cosmic Worm have been hit at least once.

The Galaxy Probes which spawn from the Cosmic Worm when a body segment has been hit, will chase down the player indefinitely. Killing 50 of these will immediately remove all other Galaxy Probes from the vicinity and take the Cosmic Worm with it. Players must be careful when summoning these as they can stack on top of each other.
