The Cactoid Commendation is an accessory obtained by completing the Flowering Cactoid quest from the Hunt Master. When equipped, hostile Cactoid and Cactites becomes friendly and can aid your battle similar to minions from summon weapons, as well as regenerate their health. Every 38 - 75 seconds it will summon either a Cactoid with a 1 out of 3 chance and a Cactites the other 2/3rds of the time. If you unequip the accessory they will become normal enemies so be careful.

- Corruption and Crimson variants of Cactoids will not become friendly when the accessory is equipped.
