The Cursed Gem is a crafting material that can be found in the altar at the bottom of the Hall of Heroes. While held, the player will be inflicted with the Weak debuff.

Notes

• There is only one Cursed Gem in every Terraria world, meaning that if you trash the gem, there's no getting it back.
  • It also means that it's not possible to have the Loreholder, Cursed Blade and the Chalice of Alignment at the same time unless cheats are used.
