The Spirit Bunny in a Bottle is a pre-hardmode druidic weapon. It is the very first and thus, worst, spirit the player can craft. It is an auto-swing weapon and the spirits sent out of the bottle will pass through solid blocks. Leveling up the Spirit bunny with accessories such as the Spiritual Relic will change the projectile sent to have the appearence of bunnies. It will upgrade the damage dealt by the weapon and increase its range.

Even though the Baleful Talisman's description says it won't corrupt spirits above level 4, it still does with this weapon.
Corruption the spirit (which doesn't work at level 1, here) will change the sprite of the bunny to be red like a crimson monster.
It is a very good early weapon if the player has the stuff and items to buff the spirit's level.
As it can be obtained quite early it can be a very effective way to find Underground cabins and Life crystals, even better with a metal detector, because of the light from the bunnies reveal areas through walls.[1]
