- Cavern Carver
The Cavern Carver is a Pre-Hardmode melee weapon craftable from materials found in the Limestone Caves. When used, it throws out one or two knives with a wide range of angles in the general direction of the cursor, which travel a fixed distance before suddenly redirecting to fly towards the cursor's current position, unaffected by gravity until this happens. As a result, its trajectory can seem strange and unpredictable as it'll even double back on itself completely if the cursor is behind the player, requiring careful use to effectively and consistently hit enemies.
Its best modifier is Godly or Demonic. Both increase the average damage output equally.
