The Electric Edge is a Hardmode broadsword craftable from materials dropped by the The Polarities. When swung, it summons a bolt of lightning from the sky that falls onto the cursor's position, lingering for about 1.5 seconds and rapidly hitting anything in its path. The bolt has no cooldown and every swing summons a seperate bolt, so they can be chained together rapidly to inflict heavy damage. However, the bolts cannot travel through blocks, resulting in them being interrupted if used in an area with a ceiling.
Its best modifier is Legendary.
