Ancient Power Surge armor is a post-Moon Lord armor set crafted from Ancient Power Cores. It takes a total of 46 Ancient Power Cores to craft a full suit.
It consists of an Ancient Power Surge Helmet, Ancient Power Surge Breastplate and Ancient Power Surge Greaves.
A full set provides a total of 86 defense, 40% increased magic damage, 45% increased summon damage, 20% increased magic critical strike chance, increases maximum number of minions by 5, 12% decreased mana cost, +50 maximum health and +150 maximum mana, increased life and mana regeneration, and 50% increased movement speed.
Its set bonus causes the player to build up charge equal to damage received when hit. Upon reaching 300 charge, they gain the Power Surge buff for 7 seconds, which increases summon and magic damage by 25%, causes magic weapons to not consume mana, and increases the invincibility time gained after being hit. While the Power Surge is inactive, it increases magic and summon damage by 8%. It also increases magic critical strike chance by 6% and grants a 10% chance upon dealing damage to release 3 Energy Orbs, which homes onto the nearest enemy to deal damage.
