The Blood Warmonger is a craftable Post-Moon Lord spear. On use, it fires a spread of Blood Orbs which restores the player's health by 1. If an orb kills an enemy, it will split into 2 Blood Orbs; the split Blood Orbs cannot split further if they kill another enemy.
Its Corruption counterpart is the Cursed Warmonger.
