The Girus Lance is a Hardmode melee weapon that has a chance to be obtained from the Vlitch Cleaver. On use, the player spins the weapon around them, similar to the left-click function of the Sky Dragon's Fury. Right-clicking causes the player to throw the weapon like a javelin at no ammunition or mana cost.
