The Blink Tech Canister is a Pre-Hardmode Accessory that allows short teleportation. First hold ▲ Up then press either ◀ Left or ▶ Right to teleport. Teleporting will give the player Chaos State for two seconds, in which the player cannot teleport. This accessory also increases Technological Damage by 5% and gives an additional 1500 max Electric Charge and +5 passive electric charge rate.
