The Dormant Supernova is a Pre-Hardmode Magic weapon crafted with the Novus Staff and various other materials. It creates a portal at the staff's end, firing Novus Bolts. The portal drains over time, however the player can consume 4 Mana to keep the portal alive.

Its best modifier is Mythical.
