This template is used to report vandals on the admin noticeboard.
Usage[]
{{ vandal | <user name/IP address> | ip = y/n (optional) }}
- First unnamed parameter
User name or IP address of the vandal.
- ip
The template will automatically attempt to detect whether the first unnamed parameter is an IP. This parameter can be used to force a state.
