Floods are a weather phenomenon that start in any time and quite рrequently appear in Autumn, as rain is more common and there is no evaporation or freezing. For seasons, see Seasons.
While they impose little permanent threat, players should be cautious and ready to take action once a flood occurs.
Ways to prepare
- Dig a hole to the Underworld or otherwise very deep underground.
- Dig out a dam and wait for the water to evaporate from flooding.
- Making a flood base or a sky base is an easy way to prevent flooding.
