The Sword of the Multiverse is a craftable post-Moon Lord projectile sword with autoswing and the final sword of the mod. It is extremely large and upon swinging it unleashes a massive blue-white-colored wave projectile in a straight line which pierces enemies and goes through blocks infinitely. It also shoots all 9 projectiles from all 9 variants of the Sword of the Universe in varying directions as well as applying the same Debuff caused from using the Sword Of The Emperor onto your enemies.
It becomes available after defeating the Moon Lord.
Its best modifier is Legendary.

Tips[ | ]
- Because of its infinite block piercing and the massive projectiles it produces, it can destroy objects such as pots, plants, larvae and off-screen enemies. This can often lead to thousands of item drops lying in the world and accidental Queen Bee summons, provided that there are larvae left or it is a new world. Caution is advised when using this weapon.

- It takes a grand total cost of 125,064 sword matter to craft all of the necessary components.
- This weapon has the second most complex crafting tree in all of modded terraria, seconded only by the Soul of Eternity from Fargo's Soul Mod with all of the compatible Soul DLC mods installed.
- If the reforge cost of the item exceeds over 999999999 coins, the reforge price gets suddenly reduced to 1 copper coin, that means if you end up getting a bad modifier with this item after reforging it with a good modifier, it’s reforge price will be increased by a ton.
- Broken down into its most basic ingredients, the following is needed in the exact amount specified to cumulatively craft the sword in question (Credits: Aidan the Terrarian @ YT). Assuming they are at the presence of a Demon or Crimson Altar, you can craft the sword step-by-step. Trivia[ | ]
- The size of the weapon is 555 x 555 pixels large, almost identical in size to the unobtainable Caladbolg.
- Despite having 5000% Axe Power, it cannot cut down trees. Because of its axe power, its swing speed can be (massively) boosted by tool use speed-increasing items like the Home Improvement item from the Luiafk mod.
- This sword is a reference to a sword in the manga “Toriko” with a nearly-identical design, though it is still slightly different in Toriko. In Toriko, the sword is called Ichiryu's Knife. Though it is called a knife, it is still used like a sword.
- The base damage it deals, being 80,085, spells out the word "boobs".
- When swung, it makes the Inception Horn sound effect, and also fires all the projectiles from all the nine forms of the Sword of the Universe.
