It has a reach of 10 tiles and a spin time of 5 seconds.

- Pumpkins spawn naturally during Halloween, making this an extremely valuable first weapon.
- If it isn't Halloween, however, pumpkin seeds must be bought from the Dryad after any boss has been defeated, limiting the usefulness of this item.
- The Horseman's Throw can be considered the Hardmode upgrade, as both are pumpkin-themed and are obtainable during Halloween-style events.
