The Blood Baghnakh is a craftable Hardmode special fist weapon with 6 combo power. This fist is crafted with Soul of Nights and Ichor at a Hardmode Anvil. Its Corruption counterpart is the Cursed Gadling.

This fist can inflict the Ichor debuff and will steal life when the player reaches a 6-hit combo. The player may spend combo to damage themselves and grant the Bloodlust buff, which increases all damage by 200% (x3 damage increase).

Its best Modifier is Godly.

Tips

• In a modded playthrough that gives the player access to both evil world materials. The player can use this fist in combination to it's Hardmode Corruption counterpart for a deadly early Hardmode combination by using it's Bloodlust buff, Ichor and life steal properties while tagging Cursed Inferno on the target.
